Our Executive Chef and his team have created an exquisite MENU with the freshest ingredients and highest quality recipes for you to choose from.

Ralph Pomeroy Ball Room: Timeless elegance surrounded by modern décor, designed to create a regal ambiance that is perfect for any BC event. The Ralph Pomeroy Ballroom is richly decorated in modern earth tones, has 20 foot ceilings adorned with contemporary chandeliers, a full dance floor and all the modern conveniences built into the room such as AV equipment, projector screens, Internet, DMX music and more. This room has 7,500 square feet of space and can accommodate up to 500 for a sit down dinner.

Marie Pomeroy Room: This room is perfect for any function. Whether your BC event is business or pleasure! We have a variety of room setups for any occasion. Decorated in modern earth tones, with 20 foot ceilings and contemporary chandeliers and light fixtures, this room creates the perfect ambiance for any setting.
