Our current cancellation applies, cancel without penalty until the day of your reservation, before 4 pm. Please note, if you booked online through a third party travel company (Expedia, booking.com etc.), their cancellation policies apply as they hold your reservation. You must cancel your reservation with them.

Pools, water slides, gyms, hot tubs and saunas opening hours, occupancy and procedures vary per location. Please ensure to connect with each location for more details. Following local authority recommendations, access may not be available and this can change at any time. We thank you for your understanding.

Our in-room dining remains open, and our restaurant will re-open as per government guidelines, following the physical distancing rules. We recommend making reservations when possible to ensure the best experience.

In order to help our team do so comfortably, we as that you follow these simple recommendations.

• Single occupancy rooms only, or limit the occupants to family-only rooms, particularly if staying for work, sporting or group event.
• Practice physical distancing with our team and other guests by staying 2 meters apart
• Do not use the elevator more than 2-3 people at a time
• Please practice enhanced hand hygiene
• Please notify us immediately if you or someone in your group has symptoms less than 14 days after your visit
• Please follow Government Rules around self-isolation

Please note that anyone who becomes sick at the property will have to follow strict rules to protect other guests and our employees. We will also notify the health authorities that we had suspected cases and take proper steps.
