As hospitality professionals, we always take the cleanliness of our properties to heart and are prepared with detailed protocols in order to increase the sanitation of common areas in times like these.
Rest assured that over and above our already rigorous cleaning process for both guest rooms and common areas using commercial-grade products, we have implemented a scheduled routine to frequently sanitize all high-touch areas such as doorknobs, elevator buttons, railings, washroom doors, light switches and over 15 other touchpoints.
We are also adding extra precautionary measures for all staff handling food, cutlery and banquet equipment in order to further increase our sanitization protocols. Our team is being reminded daily about the increased hand-washing measures, as well as a strict protocol should they have any health concerns.
